What is the Marine Corps League
We are the Marines and Members of the Brian A. Terry Detachment #1126, affectionately known as the Brian Terry Detachment. Our dedicated mission is deeply rooted in the values and traditions of the United States Marine Corps, as we strive to honor and preserve its legacy.
At our core, we are committed to fostering a strong fraternity among Marines and their families. We stand shoulder to shoulder, united by the unbreakable bond forged under the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor. We proudly serve veterans from south of Tucson to Nogales, AZ, ensuring that their needs are met and their contributions are recognized.
Our primary objective is to serve those who have proudly worn, or currently wear, the distinguished uniform of the Marine Corps and our FMF Navy Personnel. We provide unwavering support, ensuring their well-being and promoting their interests.
In addition to our direct service to veterans, we actively participate in annual events such as Toys for Tots, Memorial ceremonies, and community events in the greater Sahuarita and Green Valley area. These initiatives allow us to make a positive impact on our community and further strengthen the bonds between our detachment and the people we proudly serve.
Furthermore, we are unwavering in our dedication to embodying the ideals of Americanism and patriotic volunteerism. Our members actively contribute to the betterment of our communities, working towards a brighter future for our great nation.
By joining the Brian A. Terry Detachment #1126, you become part of a vibrant and purpose-driven organization. Together, we honor the Marine Corps traditions, strengthen our bonds, and work towards a more united and prosperous America.
